Art Display:
All work may be displayed on a wall, table top, shelf, rack or window display depending on the type of art and type of space available at host business locations. Accepted artists must coordinate logistics with their assigned host business, including drop-off / pick-up and the best way to display the art. The art will be on display based upon the host business’ operating hours and display space availability within the month of June. Please note that host businesses will have varying restrictions and availability, and we will do our best to ensure as much exposure as possible for each accepted artist.

Fees & Sales:
There are no fees associated with submitting or being accepted into the Art Walk RVC. If an artists chooses to make their work available for sale, there are no commissions on sales. The artists will coordinate directly with the buyer to facilitate a transaction and transfer of art.

Submission Deadline: April 30th by 9PM

Drop-off / Pick-up:
Artists must coordinate with their assigned host business for drop-off / pick-up. Drop-offs occurring after the coordinated time may not be able to participate in the Art Walk. Art that isn't picked up by the coordinated time may be put into storage at the artist's own risk and liability.

Responsibilities:
- The Art Walk Committee is responsible for accepting artists and assigning artists to a host business, as well as connecting the two parties via email.
- Artists and host businesses together are responsible for coordinating drop-off / pick-up, setting up the art for display and coordinating any other logistics for a successful showing.
- Artists are responsible for drop-off and pick-up by the agreed upon date & time with the host business.
- Artists are responsible for facilitating any sales of their own artwork by leaving contact information (i.e. QR code, business card, etc.) with the host business. Host businesses are *not* expected to transact on any sales made by artists, however host businesses must make artist contact information readily available to general customers. Customers should be instructed to contact the artist for purchases of art.
- Host businesses are responsible for keeping the artist's work safe and secure between the point of drop-off and the point of pick-up. Host businesses will take reasonable precautions to keep the art safe and secure, but are not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of a late pick-up while the work sits in storage.
