Kids General Art
Ages 5 - 8

In this class, young artists explore painting, sculpture, drawing, and mixed media while building the skills and confidence to express their own ideas. Each project introduces new techniques while learning about inspiring artists, cultures, and the historical context that shaped them, helping students understand how art is made and why it matters.

Just as importantly, children are encouraged to take creative risks, solve problems, and discover what makes their artwork uniquely their own. With plenty of guidance and encouragement along the way, every student leaves with artwork they're proud of and the confidence to keep creating.

Classes meet once per week. Enrollment is ongoing and students can join at any time!

Please note weekly classes are not held on certain dates (i.e. school breaks or certain holidays). Please review our Class Closures Page for all closures. In these cases, class purchases roll over to the following week.
