Digital Art: Character Design in Procreate (6 Classes)

$255.00

Class Description:
Tweens and teens will explore the fundamentals of digital art through original character design projects inspired by animation and video game concept art. Through guided projects, students will learn the creative process behind designing expressive characters, from gathering inspiration and developing mood boards to sketching, refining details, and exploring color and rendering techniques.

Students will be grouped by age and skill level, allowing beginners to build confidence with digital art tools while returning and intermediate artists continue expanding their design skills. Along the way, they'll experiment with different ideas, develop their own creative style, and bring original characters to life through each stage of the design process.

By the end of the class, each student will complete a fully illustrated original character and gain the skills to continue creating with confidence. Each new digital art series introduces fresh prompts, techniques, and creative challenges, giving returning students new opportunities to strengthen their artistic abilities and grow as digital artists.

This program is designed for students ages 9-16.
