Join us for a night of mixed media creativity! In this fun, family-friendly textile workshop, we’ll use contrasting textile colors with various designs and textures to create energetic and vibrant backgrounds. Create a blend of abstract backgrounds and then place an image in the forefront (flowers, words, silhouette, etc.) that conveys a story to finish the piece. All materials included.
Local artist Lisa Rivera will guide parents and children step-by-step as you explore playful patterns, creative shapes, and beautiful contrasts of color. No prior experience needed. Just come ready to experiment and make art side by side!
