Intro to Sewing:
New to sewing? Got a machine as a gift and want to learn how to use it? Don’t have a machine, but interested in starting up? This is the perfect beginner’s class for you! Learn the basic functionality of the sewing machine, sewing basics like cutting fabric, pinning, and seam finishes, and complete a project over three classes to build your skills and confidence. If you don’t have a machine, you can reserve one within the registration form upon adding this class to your cart. All materials are included.

3-Week Project - Cape Jacket:
Start the new year by creating your own stylish cape jacket! In this 3-week series, students will learn to sew a chic and versatile wool or denim cape jacket (with optional faux fur) — perfect for staying cozy during winter outings or adding a unique layer to your wardrobe. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the sewing process, with opportunities to personalize your creation. All materials are provided. Begin 2025 with creativity and craft a piece you'll love to wear all season long.

Due to our Sewing Teacher’s limited availability we are unable to provide make-up classes for missed classes. Additionally, due to the small class size we will not be able to accommodate any credits for missed classes nor will we be able to provide refunds once classes begin. Please ensure you are able to commit to the class dates and times prior to purchasing.

Students are encouraged to bring their own sewing machines, with necessary accessories (power cord, foot pedal) and instruction manuals. We have sewing machines available in the studio if you don’t have your own. You can reserve a machine within the registration form upon adding this class to your cart.
