Intro to Sewing
New to sewing? Got a machine as a gift and want to learn how to use it? Don’t have a machine, but interested in starting up? This is the perfect beginner’s class for you! Learn the basic functionality of the sewing machine, sewing basics like cutting fabric, pinning, and seam finishes, and complete this project over two classes to build your skills and confidence. If you don’t have a machine, you can reserve one within the registration form upon adding this class to your cart. All materials are included.

2-Week Project: Applique Pillows
This 2-week series will cover how to make a comfy pillow with applique pillow cover, perfect to add some character and color to your living room or bedroom. Using simple patterns, students will learn how to cut, stitch, and iron their way to a unique and customized applique pillow. 

Important:
Due to our Fashion Teacher’s limited availability we are unable to provide make-up classes for missed classes. Additionally, due to the small class size (8 students), we will not be able to accommodate any credits for missed classes nor will we be able to provide refunds once classes begin. Please ensure you are able to commit to the class dates and times prior to purchasing.

CLASS SIZE: 8 Maximum

**Students are encouraged to bring their own sewing machines, with necessary accessories (power cord, foot pedal) and instruction manuals. We have 6 machines available in the studio if you don’t have your own. You can reserve a machine within the registration form upon adding this class to your cart**
