In this workshop, we will learn about the artist Beatriz Milhazes. We will learn about her process of combining collage, painting, and printmaking and create our own works of art in her style.

This is an adult workshop in an ongoing series called Paint like the Greats. From 6:30-8:30 PM, we will observe and discuss several works of Milhazes throughout her career and talk about her artistic process. Afterward, we will discussed the materials used and create our own work of art using some of her techniques. Collage, Painting, and Printmaking will be touched upon in this workshop and students will walk away with an 11” x 14” canvas to call their own.
